EPIC Service Warriors Worcester is a community service and leadership development program for youth with disabilities between the ages of 16-23. Each EPIC Service Warriors Worcester cohort meets for one year (May to May) starting with an Opening Day/Orientation and ending with a Graduation Celebration, each taking place at the Pakachoag Center. Service Warrior Worcester team members spend the year participating in leadership development workshops at the Center and in service projects that benefit the greater Worcester area.
The Service Warrior program is also offered in Boston. By creating the change they want to see in the world the Service Warriors learn more about local communities and develop practical skills that will help them develop as leaders and pursue future goals. EPIC believes that every young person has a Warrior within.
