$10.00 Donation. (Donations are anonymous and shouldn't be a barrier to attendance.)

Guided Meditation / Compassion Meditation, Silent Walking/ Moving Meditation, Intro to Mindfulness, Time for Discussion

Some pillows will be made available. It is recommended that you bring your own meditation pillow, large floor pillow, blanket, or low-seated beach chair. Seated chairs are available for those who can't comfortably sit on the ground. You should also bring water or tea, warm socks, a blanket, and dress in layers. Bring any tools that help you focus and concentrate, such as palm stones, stress balls, and no-noise fidgets. Please attempt not to drink any coffee or caffeinated tea or use THC products and try to eat a light meal 2 hours before we meet.
